Thanks, C.C. If I make to 60 I'll be extatic. My son just graduated from Purdue and will probably make more $ than I ever did. Ryan, there was no snow here in Franktown, despite my best wishes.

I guess I will be spending the winter building the Fort Knox of quail pens and starting over in spring.

I've been 39 a few times in a row now...and I will be until I can't get away with it any more! Ha!
Happy Birthday, 40's not so bad...really...it's the new 30, they say...or is that the 50's are now the new 30's?

Just thought I would share my 3 1/2 year old this morning.....Lily is barefoot, in her pajames, carrying around a chicken in 35 degree weather! We may have back yard chickens, but she's a true farm girl at heart!

BTW, she caught the chicken all by herself. She's got a quite a knack for it.

Featured with Lily is Heidi our Red Star pullet.
