Just sent you an email. I saw this a bit late I'm sorry. I don't know if we can take any, maybe juveniles if they are small enough to stay in the house. We still just have chick feeders and waterers and no run yet. If you get desperate let me know and I'll see if we can do anything.

She's enroute to my house now with her chicks. We'll make it do.

my "flock managment" area is currounded by 6' wood slat fence, and has 4 small mostly finished coops, but the individual pens arent done. If that is acceptable, they can come here. All if needed. Let me know.

Mayah has offered to take the chickens, but Anna has been evacuated. We'll wait and see now.

I have an old 8X8 chicken tent that I can put up. When they get here, they can help me figure it out. If anyone else needs a place, there are other chicken people out here who can help.

Watching the news, Waldo Canyon fire still growing.

I just got on. My heart dropped when I left our meeting this afternoon and saw the new fire. I see that the immediate need for housing is over as Anna has found a place for her girls. I have extra room in my coop/run, but would have to get enough of something to do a divider or something in the coop........if anyone else is in need of a place. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to house people.

Praying for all those being evacuated and their homes/animals. When will all this stop.

Hi All,
I am in Mountain Shadows and am one block north of chuckwagon where the manditory evacuation is. So far my street is still under voluntary evacuation. We are going to stay the night. I have several friends who could take us and my chickies if need be. SO SCARED!!
