I am wondering what breed lays the colored eggs and info on them any info is helpful thank you!

Easter Eggers can lay different colors. Mine lay blue.

Some are sold as Ameraucana or Americana

We have 2 Amerauana hens that lay pretty blue-ish green eggs! We also have an Americana (aka Easter Egger) who lays large cream eggs. We though she was an AmerAUcana (blue/green eggs) but she was an AmerIcana (each bird can lay only one color, but could be any). If you are getting just one breed, I'd say get the Americana, b/c you can get really any color!
We also have a Cuckoo Maran hen who lays dark mahogany speckled eggs!
And we have some brown egg-layers too! (RIR, Barred Rock, Silver- and Golden-laced Wyandotte and Buff Orpingtons - who are super sweet & docile!

True Ameraucana lay blue eggs only. No green or green tinted.
