I’ve mentioned this on here quite a while back, but I’m still searching. Years ago, I had chickens that laid beautifully colored eggs: pink, orange, blue, green, yellow, lavender, etc. I believe that many people breed for blue or green only. Does anyone know of a source for these eggs. I was told that my chickens back then were americaunas. The chickens were fast maturing, very hardy, scrappy ( they ate seeds, grass, bugs, grain, and kitchen scraps. They were also very friendly.

Sounds like Americauanas or Easter Eggers. Not too sure about yellow or lavander, but EEs typically lay blue-green-pinkish eggs while Americauanas stick to mostly blues. One of my EEs also lays a grayish white egg that could look lavanderish in certain lightings

I have many breed and colors.

If people like a certain color they usually ask who made it.
