This is a first time hatch in my Dickey. I am winging it this time. I have a hatcher tray in the bottom and if the humidity needs raising I'll add a second pan of water.

Increasing humidity demands you increase the surface of the water exposed to the warm air. Try soaking a new thick athletic sock in warm water and setting it in a very shallow dish with some extra water to wick away into the air and see how fast it climbs.
