Miss Prissy how do you keep the eggs so clean? Do you wash them before incubation?

These eggs came clean. When they are dirty I sand paper them. It can be hard to get clean goose eggs during rainy season. They like to bury and hide them.

Eggs that I bring to the house for the kitchen I wash with a scrubby scotch sponge. They come clean as whistle.

By the goslings I had last year I am guessing it's a splash boy! That's not carved in stone there are exceptions. Out of all those eggs I'm sure you'll get a black bill, which will be a gray girl.
