Sorry for so many questions but I need to know this color. I’ve never seen a quail this color and it’s really pretty. View attachment 2373553View attachment 2373554

Looks like scarlet, but the lighting can be tricky. My real uncertainty is that it looks like it has a stripe on its head, but looks like a range pattern otherwise. I’m guessing it’ll end up looking somewhere between scarlet and Egyptian. With a lot of lacing and barring.

Okay thanks. I will take a pic of it’s head tomorrow. It has a lavender look to some of its feathers and it’s absolutely stunning!
