I also cannot tell whether she has barring or mottling, or maybe even both. That is what is difficult on very light hued birds with white markings

Barring has white striped that cross the feather horizontally; crisp stripes are referred to as barred, fuzzy ones as cuckoo. Mottling is where the tip of the feathers have a white spot, as if that feather tip was dipped into white paint (or bleach

Looks like a very light Blue Barred Orpington and not a Lavender Barred or Lavender Mottled.

thanks all for the comments so far....still no nearer to knowing what she is then lol
have signed up with a belgian orp club today just waiting to be accepted then im gonna ask over there and see what they say!
