Lacy is very cute, and I love the word play name!

Why I like his/her colors: He/she is a very bright, fiery orange. I've seen red, but this one is really red! And, he/she has some stray barred feathers that add texture to his/her color. He/she almost look like a campfire to me. You have the orange and yellow flame along with the barring that reminds me of fire logs, and the black on the tail reminds me of the coal or ash in a fire. Plus, his/her head is the flame! (BTW I think he/she may be a he. Anyone else agree?)

I hope so. But, her/his crest is spiky compared to my White, who has a rounded crest.

well, we will just have to see. i put the shrugging smiley beause im not too good with this breed, but i think its a pullet. Cross your fingers, knock on wood, etc.

I know, I can only have one roo, and I'm afraid I may have two or three! I really don't want to have to pick favorites.

well, there are lots of people who take roosters and rehome them. You could research a few, just in case.
