My sister and BIL arrived last Thursday along with 13 coloured, hopefully fertilized, eggs. While my preference and largest group is White Chanteclers I greatly enjoy inserting a sampling of colours into each dozen that I sell.

An excellent day, 8 of the 13 have hatched including 5 of the 6 "green" eggs. This is my fourth and most successful result!

The first hatched now in a temporary brooder box. All eating and drinking.

The last 3 including one that was assisted.

Congrats!

Did you open the remaining unhatched eggs?

@Kiki my sister and friend did the "autopsy", two were liquid, three formed. They think one stopped earlier, the other two looked viable. First two pics are of the same egg.

Any, all observations appreciated. How do we do better?
