I have an almost 16 week old Columbian Rock pullet, who I believe is about fully grown now. Does anybody know when I can expect her first egg? Will she lay the same amount of eggs as a Barred Rock? Any info would be great, thanks!

Well, she's not fully grown, not until one year old or so,
but at 16 weeks she may be getting close to Point Of Lay.
Here's some tips about how to tell....

No telling how many eggs she'll lay.
Those charts that say this breed lay this many per year, that breed lays that many per year....is just a guess, it all depends on the individual bird and sometimes their environment.

Sorry, meant about fully matured haha
Thanks for this trick! I just tried it, and I can fit about a finger and 3/4 between the pubic bones. From this, would I be correct in assuming first egg within the next 10 days?

No, it doesn't work quite like that.
The pelvic bones being spread to about 2-3 fingertips, which is also not carved in stone due to everyone having different sized finger and the birds size being a variable too, means they are close but could be another week or two, just like squatting.
