Columbian Rock VS Light Sussex

I have light brahmas but have decided I don't really like feather feet but I like the look of the birds so now I'm turning my attention to either columbian rocks or light sussex.

Which is the better layer? Largest of the two? Fastest grower? Any other information about either breed would be appreciated.

Do you have access to good Light Sussex? If you are in US there are not many strains of Light Sussex available.
If in UK Light Sussex are very good layers.

No, they are pretty expensive over here. The columbians seem to be a little hard to come by as well.
