Question: I noticed my sex link had a little bit of purplish/blue on her comb. She's not lethargic at all, is eating well and seems her normal self! Just wondering what's going on and if this is something I should be concerned about.

Thank you!

That slight discoloration is rather normal in large-combed chickens. Since their combs are somewhat large, blood doesn't circulate evenly throughout the comb, leading to bluish coloration of the edges. As long as the discoloration remains isolated, there is nothing to worry about.

If the entire comb turns a different color, though, then that can be a sign of heart problems or a respiratory disease.

X 2 - this is one of those things I would keep an eye on but not worry about as it is.
