comb cutting

I dubbed my rooster because he kept getting really bad frostbite in the winter and it stayed black for a looooooong time then a dog attacked my flock and sadly got my roosters comb and it was really bad that we had to cut the comb. Now he doesn't get frostbite

he still acts the same though.

My roos all free range together and they dont fight. There were a few scuffles to determine hierarchy but after that...no worries.

All roos are different though, so you have to see what works for yours.
