Is there any way I can treat this? All of my other chickens are fine. None of the rest have this. It’s been super cold the past 2 weeks. Like around -20.

That's frostbite damaging her comb. If she was taken out of the cold right now and left out of the cold till it heals, there might be hope for it. If not, she's probably going to loose it after it turns black. :(

x2. That's some horrible frostbite.
Try and have more ventilation in the coop so the rest of your hens don't follow her path. Frostbit happens with moisture buildup + cold temps.
And, if you only have a few hens and are willing, you can in addition coat their combs in petroleum jelly, like Vaseline.

Big combs are far more susceptible to frostbite than small ones. Do you have a hygrometer in your coop? I would get one, if not, so you can monitor the humidity. Is your coop closed up because of the cold?

I wouldn't put anything on the comb, but I would bring her inside to monitor.
