Comb ends turning purple

Got a sick chick with her comb looks purple around the edge, won't eat, sleeps alot, loss alot of weight. Any suggestions?

How old is the chicken? Is there any unusual poops such as diarrhea, odd color, or blood in them? If the chicken is adult, does she lay eggs? Have you been offering water with vitamins and electrolytes, such as SaveAChick or NutriDrench? How cold is it there? Comb tips may turn blue with decreased circulation or during cold weather, but more info is needed.
