Comb Injury or Fowl Pox?

Found this on my 4 month old Arctic Blue Egger. I don't think it was there yesterday.

Everyone is acting normal, she's only 1 of 3 pullets. Sprayed it with Veterycin after the pictures.

It could be fowl pox or pecking. You could put a dab of Betadine on the scabs or leave them alone.The right eye looks dirty with some crusty drainage and gunk. I would flush out the eye with a little saline and apply a dot of plain Neosporin triple antibiotic or Terramycin eye ointment by opening the lower eyelid twice a day.
