Well I may have just accidentally ordered 6 silver laced Wyandotte pullets to even it out some plus would love to see offspring between those and the BR and the RIR, new coop will be done and I just don't know how we got 6 more chicks in the older coop

At this point have 10 hens, 2 BR roo's, and 1 RIR roo, also have 4 young silkie's, about 7 weeks old, no clue on sex, and 6 isa Brown pullets about a week old, was going to try to keep the big BR roo for the 10 BR pullets, they're about 14 weeks old and maybe the RIR after 6 isa browns mature, I don't think anyone is mating yet, but know it's getting closer and have been free ranging them.....The 2 BR roo's and 1 RIR roo will be 20 weeks on Tues, the 10 BR pullets will be 14 weeks on Tues, the 4 silkie's will be 8 weeks on Tues and the 6 isa Brown pullets are about 2 weeks old today

Is there any way to separate out the 3 cockerels until your pullets have matured a bit more? At 20wks the cockerels will be a lot more sexually mature than those 10 14wk old pullets. If they haven't already, they will start to challenge one another, possibly come to fighting, not just comb picking. They will also fight over the pullets and could hurt them if more than one is trying to mater her.

I see you do have more pullets in the pipeline, that is great. Having separate pens or plenty of free range space will help once they form their own "flocks", but in the meantime it may be something to consider to separate them until the pullets are at point of lay.
Do some research reading about rooster behavior - you don't always need to show "dominance" over a rooster -- you are not a rooster.
