Comb size at young age

I don't know that it's an Aussie, but it's not a Wyandotte.

The good news is, it still has a decent chance of being a pullet

Is that typical at 3 weeks for it to be noticeably red at 3 weeks?

I'm not seeing red, just fleshy pink.
