I'm not either. I don't even eat meat. David will be taking care of those roosters because I don't want to get attached.

Nah. I'm a farm girl. Grew up with rabbits, ducks, cows, and chickens - and they were all "livestock." I just choose not to eat them. Of course, I will feed them if David is doing something else - but I won't be getting attached. I think of the egg layers as pets.
