This is my bantam rooster, who I posted picks on one of my buff orpingtons. I got the pinless peepers but it looks like they won't fit over his comb. I wanted to see if others just put them on and compress the comb or if that would be painful for him.

Thanks

What the heck is the point of the pineless peepers??
Peepers block straight ahead vision and stops undesirable behaviors like feather picking, bullying and egg eating. It also might slow down a aggresive or an over amourous rooster who is hard on hens.
I have used them for a feather picker and it cured her of the habbit after 6 weeks.
The ones i ordered also had the grouve for the comb like pictured.

Interesting. I coulda used them the last two yr, that and saddles.

Thanks, I didn't realize there were different sizes. Do you remember where you got yours? Mine have the upper groove like that but it doesn't fit over his huge nose comb.

Thanks

I got mine from Amazon too, a couple of years ago. This is the only info I have. Para wish was the vendor. It was the 20 pcs with pliers.
This was installed on Hens. I have no Rooster. Maybe you have the same size, I don't know.
