Make sure you have plenty of ventilation, frostbite is caused by too much humidity and near freezing temps in the coop
Should clear up on it's own, I've seen this several times in my flock.
Might go back red again, might swell up some for awhile too, or turn blacker and eventually fall off, especially that tallest tip.
Leave it alone unless you see definite infection and/or bleeding, messing with it can make it worse.
