If so, she might have gotten frostbite on her comb. It can take quite a while for the damaged areas to finish dying and falling off.
If it is frostbite, there is nothing you can do to help. Just leave it alone, and she will eventually have a healthy red comb without those chunks.
If it is not frostbite, I don't know what it might be, so hopefully someone else will come along and help.
