combs

It can, for a short period of time. Color change in combs is more prevelant in males though, but it does occur in females to some extent. Chickens will pump more blood to their combs if they are hot or startled, and their faces will get slightly pale if they are cold or relaxed. Watch a rooster do his dance, he'll flush his face from pale to bright red instantly and then to pale when he's no longer excited.

the roosters that we have comb's are always changing from bright red to a rosey pink and so on. idk if it changes with activity. i do know that hen's combs get really red before they lay. but thats as much as i know
