And Secondly do u have to have a permant to own a goat

To post on BYH you have to sign up. Once you make an account I'm sure the mods will send you tutorial on how to get around. Where I live you don't need a permit to have a goat but it maybe different for other places.

You could set up a request for anyone who wants to sell their calls to you here: Other Poultry - Birds & Hatching Eggs click on the blue "create a new classified" button. Not sure where you could get goats, but i hope you find your calls!
