Not really.
Technically, almost any torture can be used to kill someone.
Bamboo under the nails? Let them bleed out slowly.
Flaying? Skin 'em and leave 'em.
The Wheel was definitely a method of execution. Break their limbs and weave them through the spokes and then leave them to die, or just smash the wheel down on their skulls.
Burn at the stake.
Electrocution can easily kill if you have enough volts.
Stab someone enough, and they'll die.
... Oh, I just realized that I have both "burning" and "scorching." How redundant of me. Silly me.
