Indie folk is the only acceptable music style. I mean, obviously jazz is a universal music that everybody loves, but I only listen to it when there is no Indie Folk. Preferably 2000s, but earlier is also nice. And other, less defined styles similar to aforementioned are nice, like The Shins, Django Django, Steely Dan and other slightly more rock-like bands.

Favorite Indie Folk-like bands:

Fleet Foxes
First Aid Kit
Mumford and Sons
Radical Face
Of Monsters and Men (only their first album though)
The Oh Hellos
The Paper Kites

Please do tell me if anybody likes the aforementioned bands, I'd love to discuss it with you!
