I love spiders...Land o’ the brave
(If so, why are so many of us afraid of spiders)
Well I can’t give you info on size but I would not put coturnix and button quail together. Button are way too small.Okay, so y'all quail people, how big of an enclose would you recommend for ~5 coturnix quail? Also, can you raise different species of quail together? Or would that not be wise because they have different needs?
Speaking of spiders...I love spiders...

Ever seen this lil dude?
Heard somewhere he was voiced by the animators 5 year old nephew.
If you house different species together then they would need A LOT of extra space to make it work. It's easier just to house them separately. For five coturnix quail 20 square feet (probably a 2' by 10' hutch or a 5' by 4' pen) is recommended by most people but you could make it a lot easier and just give them two square feet per bird (probably a 2' by 5' hutch which is about like mine) which is what some people like me do. Even just one square foot per bird could work. They may just feel a little cramped.Okay, so y'all quail people, how big of an enclose would you recommend for ~5 coturnix quail?
