Has anyone been having trouble keeping their birds water from freezing? I have it has been below freezing at night here.

Actually no. I went away for a week and the people we hired were supposed to take care of the chickens and ducks and clean the coop. They didn’t clean it. Now there is 5 inches of pooo I need to clean. My back rlly hurts.

Put a heater in there

My chickens feeder and water container is in the run that is only surrounded by chickenwire. I take my chickens water in at night so it won't freeze. Since chickens can go into shock if they drink very cold water.
