My grandfather wants a hot tub, not a pool. I hate pools anyway but why a hot tub?!!

I have 5 aunts the one with a pool lives 15 minutes away from us and the rest live down south and one of them from down south had a hot tub that was full of fire ants and my grandpa came over cleaned it up for us and fixed it so now we have a hot tub

Cool. You know you can turn off the heater and make it a cold tub (aka a small pool) right? Maybe even throw some ice cubes in there
