I fixed it. This update has changed how I upload the pictures - it says even I don't have the permission to view the picture I upload, which for some reason turns into a link.
I use a Dell Laptop, and I use Microsoft Edge.

Yep. It happens to a lot of people (including myself) Nifty and casportpony are trying to find a relationship to who it happens to and who it doesn't happen to.
