Ok, so what all have you done so far? Sanitize the incubator first off. You can use some white vinegar or anything like that really. Just to wipe off the factory residue, lol.
Then get your thermometers and hygrometers calibrated.

I wouldn't give beans, (unless you mean green beans or something) I'm not sure if they're safe or not but I've heard bad things about them. Maybe they're fine, but definitely search first.
