Movies based on books usually are.

Most of the time I just skip the movies because I’m always dissappointed.

Like with My Sister’s Keeper THE WRONG CHILD DIED. LIKE WHY.

The Harry Potter movies were all disappointing too. I always get mad when people say they LOVE Harry Potter then I ask them which book is their favorite and they say “oH i’vE jUsT wAtChEd tHe moViES.”

I think one of the reasons a movie is not as good as a book is because you cannot put everything in a movie that is in the book or the movie would be a year or so long. Also, if you have read the book first then you are expecting everything from the book, and it just is not there.

Of course, they change things, too. The reason for that is beyond me.

It helps I think to watch the movie and then read the book instead of vice versa. The problem with that is the book is out first since the movie is based on the book. So, there is that dilemma. So, I suppose just skipping the movie all together and save yourself the complete feeling of disgust and be done with it. Ummm uh
