No offense. But every thread recently has become a christian vs. atheist debate.

I'm sorry. I really try my best to respect others opinions, especially if they have clearly stated they are against it (like you have). I hope it doesn't feel like I'm trying to shove Christianity in your face.

Yes, one of the main points is to be kind.

(Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 1 Corinthians 13:4)

(Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32)

And other verses from the Bible state to be kind.

But Christians ARE human, meaning that we do make mistakes, and can be arrogant.

(for all have sinned and all short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23)

I'm really sorry people are being unkind, though we can get very passionate at points.

Sure, mistakes are made. It does really bother me when I'm being insulted for "hating christians" when I don't... people make SO many assumptions because I am non-religious. Trying to make me convert, and then being angry when I don't, gets you nowhere.

This isn't directed towards you, just simply taking out my frusteration.
