Everyone just calls me Lucy, but my real name is Lucille - and, honestly, I like my real name quite a bit too!
(Lucy is the name of my Great Aunt, and she's my namesake, but I was given the name Lucille so that I would have my own original name, I guess..?)

Nope. Lucille is Negans Wifes name! She passed away of Cancer in the beginning of the apocalypse

so he named his bat Lucille, which is kind of weird... but whatever.
