I didn't know you have fish! How big is your tank? What fish do you have?
I hope you manage to get rid of those worms!
I hate petco too. I never buy fish from them anymore. I bought one once, and two weeks later it just randomly dropped dead. For no reason. All the other fish, which I got from a different store, were completely fine.
Now I only get my fish from a reputable aquarium store. The fish there are all healthy and well taken care of.

Is the fish swimming around normally? Eating fine? There is a possibility it has eggs.

What exactly is the red worm like substance coming from the fish? Is it poop?
