Planning to make 3 dozen croissants today!
One batch plain butter, one batch chocolate, and one batch Ham and Gruyere.

Decided to start with one batch of croissants as I’m also making cookie bars and I might make more tomorrow. Planning on making ham and gruyere.

Of course! The two red ones are EE/RIR mixes. The one with muffs is Peaches, and the one without is Ginger. The bantams are D'Uccles. They are named Omelette and Scrambles.
