My thoughts as well. I almost picked it up, then realized that theres a lot of drug addicts in my area... maybe not the best idea to pick up random objects with my bare hands.

Perhaps you struggle with knowing if it's ok to pick up unidentifiable objects, but that in no way means you are not smart. Based off of your other posts and answers, I'd say you are very smart. Maybe curious, but smart.
