Comet or cinnamon and Roo or hen?

I am pretty sure Cinnamon Queen.... but not sure gender. The 1st is definitely a hen but the 2nd looks like a Roo, not crowing or riding, but not laying yet either where the hen has been laying for three weeks now. Same batch.

They are both hens. Many names exist for the type of bird you have, including Golden Comet, Cinnamon Queen and Red sexlink. They are sexed by color, hens being red and rosters being tan/white with reddish brown speckles on the wings.
