If it is a cold then that is snot and eye mucus that has dried over her eyes. First you need to get a warm damp cloth and wash it off. If it dried while her eyes were closed then it glued them shut.
Antibiotics can be given in her water. She does need to be isolated from the others. It would be prudent to treat the others as well. If you have a feedstore near by they should have what you need. I would start with something like aeromycin(sp?) in her water.
If you can find Tylan 50, mix that with water(2 cc of tylan to 12 cc of water). Using a syringe, without a needle, or eye dropper wash her eyes out good and do a good nasal flush. You do the nasal flush by holding her with her head down and spray some in her nostrils. The nasal flush should be done 2-3 times until symptoms are gone at least 2 days. Don't worry if she swallows some. With the way you are holding her, most will run out to the ground.
