here is the whole bird from the side, He really is pretty. And 100% fertility with older hens, even though he is just six or seven months old, growing out his first baby sickle feathers. Very quiet to be around, and so far tolerating a younger roo in the same pen (for now) Overall a very nice bird. He has just a small amount of minor red ticking down the front of his neck, three or four inches.

Oh, and anyone wondering, that waterer up on the plastic bin? NEVER gets knocked over, never gets dirt kicked into it, stays clean until they drink it dry! BEST water stand ever! (aside from how tacky it looks.)

Okay, there is some debate over whether or not this is a DQ, (Sonoran says it is, Poulets de Cajun disagrees)

That water stand looks like it works fabulously, I use something similar for my brooding chicks so they don't fall in or poop in it.
