Comparing Breeds--need your experience!!

Hey folks, I've been breeding animals a LOOOONGGGGG time, I don't care at the moment about breed, variety or what ever. UNLESS it relates to the growth or temperatment of a specific line of turkey, or breed of turkey. If you have some input on each of the different turkeys, great!! I want to hear from you!!
