Welcome to BackYard Chickens! I see some hens in that picture, one in particular, who have their feathers completely torn off their back. Make sure your male-to-female ratios are not off, and be sure to not keep any other species with chickens. Chickens belong with chickens, not turkeys, ducks, geese, or anything else.
