Hi guys and girls I have brought brinsea Eco (10 chicken eggs) I've read read and read some more! A few questions :
How Do I gauge the hummidity levels??
Also I've brought a manual is it safe to unplug incubator and drive home to turn eggs on a Sunday my only day off10/15min drive Or should I just drive in 3xdaily on a Sunday to turn?
I've used brinsea incubator disinfectant (although baton never used) eggs collected fryday and going in Saturday So will endure I turn on and stabilise for Saturday! Any advice support and guidance about what to Do or expect would be great!
Many thanks
Steven

If you're not normally there on Sundays I would consider setting on a Tuesday. That way if chicks hatch a day early or late you'll be around. Otherwise I wouldn't want to have to drive out there three times every Sunday, but if you set on a Tuesday you will be OK for one as you'll be in lockdown and wouldn't turn anyway. So that just leaves two Sundays to manage. I bet in the first week missing one day might be OK but the second you'll want to go out there to do it. You could wrap the bator in towels to try and keep the temp up during your commute but you'd have to be SOOOO careful it seems better to go in and turn them.
