Thanks, I'm still a bit wary of how this will work out. She looked a little ruffled up this morning, not sure if she was getting nipped at or just the molt. The older hens do the sideways head bob reprimand at her- which she doesn't see of course, and the drake still nips her if she gets too close. But they let her eat and drink, and of course Feathers is gentle with her.
I'm so touched by your story - the fact that you are spending so much time working with the flock and logistics to make sure Dizzy is ok - it's just heartwarming.
