OK. I figured it out. Now we have a screen shot. Would it help if I got another one, like from facebook or something?

Can't reach the maximize button either

Right click on the ribbon across the top and then left click "maximize".

Click and hold the grey bar at the top and drag your window up and left. You'll see the maximize button then.

You have to paste the screenshot into something after you take it. Ctrl+V will paste it. You can paste into paint, Word, or directly into a message here.

Try hitting your F11 key. It looks like you're in full screen mode and have hidden your toolbar.

I think you are right about the full screen mode, but when I hit F11 I got the following message:

CONNECT
Where is my device?
Search Make sure device is turned on and discoverable

OK I just clicked and held the gray bar and dragged the window. Everything seems to be visible now. Thanks.

I think you are right about the full screen mode, but when I hit F11 I got the following message:

CONNECT
Where is my device?
Search Make sure device is turned on and discoverable

Make sure your browser is selected (click on it). You might try the Esc key too, but F11 is the usual shortcut.
