computer question

i've screwed up my keyboard while cleaning it.

some keys now type other letters. if i hit e it types s

caps don't work

i am using on screen keyboard function to type this message using mouse

anyone know how to bring up the keyboard edit screen or program

I didn't know you could do that.
Did you use water, and could it be damp inside? If so, drying it out might help.
I hope someone comes up with an answer.

Turn off the computer and unplug the keyboard. Plug it back in and turn it on. Try that. I have done that before....
