Ok I just need to let this out
I bought a new dell laptop mid january and about 15 days after i bought it the touch pad started messing up. so they tried and tired to fix the problem and after the 3rd day i had enough so i asked for a return it took another day of fighting them to finally have them return it. I got the exchange comptuer a week ago and haven't really used if till about yesterday. It was working fine a bit slow but no problem (same exact computer) till about 45 mins ago. I was using the comptuer and the screen went totally blank I tried restarting it but the screen woudl not come up. After about 5-10 minutes it finally decided to turn back on. so here I am now stuck with 2 defective computers waiting for one to scan to figure out whats wrong with it. Thank you dell thank you. If you dont' solve this problem i'm going to ask for a refund of my money ive visited yoru tech support way to much for 2 brand new comptuers!
