Concerned about foot healing please help!

This bumblefoot mark (healing) is still pretty large in size, but she's limping. Should I let it heal? Soaked her in Epsom salt right before this. I'm so worried, please help.

Two days ago. I had to remove quite deep, but there was no kernel, it was very odd. I'm scared to try again because she did bleed more than my other ducks. I thought soaking maybe would make it loosen if it still needed to be removed further?

That looks painful. Do you keep it bandaged with a gauze pad? I would use this epsom salt solution linked below and re-bandage it every day with a fresh application, keeping her feet dry - taking it off occasionally to give her time to swim in clean water. YES that's the prid I have. Going to continue doing as listed, thanks for the feedback

Ordered some baytril out of caution, do you have anny suggestions for probiotics to give post antibiotic?
