Concerned About Wings

I have a few chicks I believe are Welsummer. One is an older pullet, I'm just not 100% on her breed. Two are young pullets, I am almost positive. The other one is a little underdeveloped and I'm not really sure what it is. Can I get confirmation that they are in fact Welsummer girls? I really want at least one roo to help expand the flock but I'm totally okay if they're all ladies. I'll love them either way

Also, one of them has itty bitty wings. Doesn't have a problem with them and doesnt like like there's anything wrong with them. I'm wondering if smaller wings are indicative of sex? Please educate me, google has not been helpful.
